A few Master Gardeners (Nancy Plagge, Pam DeGroot, Tammy McCance, Tiffany Windle, Nancy Silvers, Sam and Sue Davis) met at the Carroll County Fair entry hall to assemble a lush display, creating a “Happy Place” for the attendees to enjoy when they arrive at this year’s county fair.
